What we collect
This site sets no non-essential cookies and runs no session recording. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to follow up on your inquiry, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Your submission is stored with a small number of third-party service providers we use to operate our business, such as the provider that hosts our email and the provider that stores inquiry records. A short internal notice, with your contact details but not the full text of your message, may be sent to our team so the right person can follow up. We limit access to people who need it to respond to you.
Analytics
We use a single privacy-respecting analytics measure to understand how the site is read, in aggregate. It does not track you across other sites and does not build an advertising profile.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for our internal records, and we remove them on request. Write to hello@nmsg.biz to ask for deletion.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nmsg.biz and we will respond within a reasonable time.
